🔐 PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK) INFORMATION TEXT

At Lueur , we place great importance on protecting our customers' personal data. All information collected during ordering processes is collected and processed within legal limits under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") .

🔸 What Data Do We Receive?

Your Turkish ID Number and Name-Surname are collected solely for the delivery of your order, in accordance with customs regulations of the Republic of Turkey . This information is mandatory for legal declaration to the relevant public authorities upon order entry into the country.

🔸 Purpose of Data Processing

Your personal data collected:

  • Within the framework of the Customs Law No. 4458 and related legislation,

  • Within the scope of the declaration obligation of the buyer of the products entering Türkiye,

  • It is processed only for limited customs purposes .

🔸 Data Protection and Storage

  • Your information will never be shared with third parties .

  • Once the transaction is completed , it is permanently deleted or anonymized from our systems.

  • Your data is processed in accordance with the law and the rules of honesty, in accordance with Article 4 of the KVKK, and for accurate, up-to-date, specific, clear and legitimate purposes .

🔸 Legal Basis

  • Article 5/2-(ç) of the KVKK: It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill his legal obligations.

  • Article 5/2-(e) of the KVKK: Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.

  • Article 5/2-(f) of the KVKK: Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person.
