DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

Article 1 – Parties
This contract has been established electronically between the "BUYER" and the "SELLER" whose information is given below, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 2 – Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website.

Article 3 – Product Information
Product type, quantity, color, sales price, payment method and delivery information are specified in the order form.

Article 4 – Delivery Conditions

  • Orders are delivered to the BUYER within 7–11 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Our products are mostly shipped from our overseas warehouses. Delays may occur due to customs procedures, public holidays, or carrier congestion.

  • It is recommended to check the product in front of the courier during delivery.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

  • BUYER may request a return or exchange by contacting lueur.com.tr@gmail.com within 2 days from the delivery date.

  • The product to be returned must be sent to the warehouse specified by the SELLER within 5 days after approval.

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unlabeled, unused, unwashed, unironed, odorless and undamaged.

  • Products that can be returned are those that have a manufacturing defect, have been damaged during shipping, or have been incorrectly shipped.

  • Products that cannot be returned: color/fabric differences, returns due to personal taste, used/washed products, size mismatch, promotional/discounted products.

Article 6 – Return and Exchange Process

  • Shipping costs for defective products are covered by the SELLER.

  • For returns to overseas warehouses, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the BUYER. Fixed fee: 20 Euros/item .

  • Returns: After the product is received and inspected, payment will be made via PayTR within 7–11 business days.

  • Exchange: After approval, the new product will be sent within 30 business days.

Article 7 – Payment and Security

  • Payment is received via secure virtual POS systems (SSL certified).

  • Credit card information is not stored in our system.

Article 8 – Entry into Force
The BUYER acknowledges that he/she has read and accepted all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. The agreement enters into force upon completion of the order.
